Delete Your TRUVEO Account

You can permanently delete your TRUVEO account and associated personal data. Deletion is self-serve and takes effect immediately once confirmed.

How to delete your account

Open the TRUVEO app and sign in.
Go to Account → Privacy & Data.
Tap Delete my account.
Re-enter your password and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

If you can't access the app, email support@truveo.app from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We verify ownership and delete your account within 30 days.

What data is removed

Your name, email, and login credentials.
Your listings, drafts, messages, and notifications.
Saved shipping addresses and profile details.
Wallet balance details tied to your identity (after any pending payouts settle).

What we must keep

Anonymized transaction and payment records required by law and for fraud prevention. These are stripped of personal identifiers.

Before you delete: you cannot delete your account while you have an active transaction in progress (an order that is paid, shipping, in inspection, or in a return/dispute). Complete or resolve those first. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
